Details: A trip for four to Nashville. A private plane departs Peru airport on September 22nd. You will get accommodations at a 2 bedroom condo, then whisked away for College football at Vanderbilt University as Vandy plays Alabama on 9/23. You will get 4 Vanderbilt t-shirts and $400 Visa gift card… and then return to Peru on 9/24.

Winners will be announced on September 8th, 2017. Winners must set an appointment to claim his/her prized with Illinois Valley Cellular corporate by January 1st, 2018 (or sooner depending on time sensitive prizes.) Winner must provide current valid state-issued picture ID with legal name and social security number when claiming prize. Prizes are not transferable and prize substitutions will not be allowed, except at the sole discretion of Illinois Valley Cellular, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between the stated prize value and actual prize value will not be awarded if winner is unable to accept prize as stated; prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to claim a prize; prize or if notification is returned as undeliverable; and where applicable, an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry IVC shall use their discretion to solve the issue.
